“Amanda is a true gem in the real estate world, especially for military and Veteran families.”

After 28 years of living in military housing it was time for us to set down roots. The challenge was going to be finding a home within our price range in a very historical (re: costly housing) town. From the first time we met with Amanda, we knew we were in good hands. It was like sitting down with a long time friend. Though the task ahead seemed daunting, she approached the initial meet and greet with such finesse that any fears quickly diminished. We looked at three properties rather quickly and it was number two that stole our hearts. An offer was made and we thought it would be smooth sailing, however the seller’s broker had other plans and turned down our full price offer. Now, at this point I am sure many realtors would have walked, no run away, but Amanda did not. She knew that THIS was our home. Amanda did not waiver and after weeks of challenging dealings (that she shouldered) with the seller’s agent we were sitting at the closing table and would soon have our home!!

Amanda possesses a quite, calm, confident demeanor and even with the most difficult brokers, she keeps a sense of optimism. I will say that our transaction was anything but easy as we were victim to VA discrimination, but not once did that dampen Amanda’s or our spirit. We had full confidence in Amanda and she rose to the occasion. Amanda is a true gem in the real estate world, especially for military and Veteran’ families. She truly has their best interest at heart and will stop at nothing to ensure they are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness and most important that they are successful in finding their home that their heart desires.

We could not be more blessed and honored to have worked with Amanda in finding our home!
